I have been using a Lightforce 1, red light, to help keep my blood glucose on track. The day after our family celebrated Christmas my glucose was 152. After using the laser on my third eye for 10 minutes my number was 138.
My husband has been using the same laser when his blood pressure is high. Earlier in December is numbers we're 152/85. After using the laser for only two minutes on the tip of his middle finger his number was 138/74. He likes feeling that he can control his numbers without having to take additional medication.
